System and Industrial Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Linkou, Taiwan. Travel required up to 10% of the time. Relocation eligible.

What you will do

• Support warehouse capacity planning, productivity analysis, labor planning, storage optimization, layout studies, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and business insights.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, data visualizations, and analytical tools using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Coordinate logistics and supply chain system enhancement requests with Operations, IT, business stakeholders, and logistics service providers.
• Support project tracking, user acceptance testing, process documentation, user training, issue resolution, and implementation activities.
• Identify opportunities for workflow optimization, process automation, data integration, data quality improvement, and digital transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to work effectively with Operations, Transportation, Planning, IT, Supply Chain, and regional stakeholders.
• Interest in logistics systems, business applications, digital technologies, and continuous improvement.
• New college graduate eligible for a full-time role.

Nice to have

• Internship or project experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, analytics, information systems, or process improvement.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, RPA tools, Power Automate, or similar technologies.
• Exposure to ERP, Warehouse Management Systems, Transportation Management Systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Basic understanding of process automation, data visualization, and digital transformation.
