Quality Assurance Specialist (Medical Devices)

What you will do

• Create, review, distribute, and archive quality records in accordance with Good Documentation Practices.
• Lead non-conformity investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive supplier qualification and supplier quality activities.
• Support internal and external audits and maintain inspection readiness.
• Provide training and coaching on quality responsibilities and compliance requirements.
• Maintain quality policies, procedures, the Quality Manual, and electronic quality documentation while supporting continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience with Quality Management Systems, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• Solid understanding of GMP and/or ISO 13485 requirements.
• Experience managing investigations and corrective actions.
• Engineering or scientific degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Good level of English and Italian required.
