Product Owner (Payments)

What you will do

• Maximize business value by ordering and prioritizing the product backlog for the True International Payments domain.
• Create and maintain epics, features, user stories, and tasks.
• Define and ensure functional and non-functional requirements covering security, resilience, performance, contractual, legal, and compliance obligations.
• Build strong relationships with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Audit, Finance, Tax, Sales, service consumers, service providers, architects, engineers, and operations teams.
• Resolve product development impediments and adapt backlog management to changing challenges.
• Maintain effective collaboration with development and operations teams while controlling risk and compliance.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Product Owner and/or Scrum Master.
• Strong backlog management skills, including prioritization, refinement, and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience working in Agile environments within a corporate setup.
• Proactive, structured, disciplined, pragmatic, self-organizing, and resilient approach.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience with payment services or knowledge of the payments domain is an advantage, especially international, instant, or domestic payments.

• Experience guiding onshore and offshore teams.
• Experience with international payments and payment settlement services.
