Senior Manager, Global Operations (Fitness Operations)

Location: Hybrid role based at the Woodbury, Minnesota office in the United States; on-site Monday through Thursday and remote optional on Fridays.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and deploy operational strategies that improve business performance and franchisee success.
• Lead planning, readiness, implementation, and adoption for strategic products, services, technology solutions, and operational initiatives.
• Build and improve operational processes, standards, tools, and support models using business and operational data.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Communications, Learning & Development, Field Support, franchisees, and master franchise teams.
• Facilitate alignment, manage dependencies, address risks, and represent operational and franchisee perspectives.
• Evaluate business decisions and recommend practical solutions that improve club operations, member experience, and ancillary revenue opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, franchise operations, business operations, program management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in a fitness, franchise, or multi-location service business environment.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Strong project management, communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and drive organizational alignment in a fast-paced environment.

• Fitness industry or club operations leadership experience.
• Franchise support or multi-unit operations experience.
• Experience with operational, process, or technology deployments.
• Change management and operational readiness experience.
