What you will do

• Plan and control schedules for low-complexity manufacturing lines based on business demand, manufacturing constraints, and material availability.
• Manage tool configuration and slotting, including NPMA approval and allocation.
• Design efficient manufacturing lines with focus on responsiveness, inventory, and linear workload.
• Monitor line performance and drive improvement of OTD, EOP, CT, and SOE KPIs.
• Support manufacturing capacity fulfillment and manage training-period allocation.

Requirements

• Conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within the relevant discipline.
• General business knowledge gained through education or prior experience.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems and analyze information.
• Ability to exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and confirm understanding.
• No supervisory experience is required; the role focuses on technical contribution.
