Senior Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead complex business and technology projects from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations across multiple workstreams.
• Apply project governance frameworks, including stage gates, steering committees, reporting cadences, and executive status reporting.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Lead internal staff, contractors, vendors, and geographically distributed project teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party delivery partners.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in senior project management roles delivering large-scale transformation, technology, regulatory, or compliance projects.
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream projects in enterprise environments.
• Strong leadership, executive stakeholder management, written and verbal communication, and commercial skills.
• Experience with financial management, forecasting, and reporting.
• Proficiency with project management and delivery tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in business, IT, project management, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance, financial services, workers' compensation, claims management, or another highly regulated industry.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or SAFe certification.
• Experience with hybrid delivery methodologies.
