Focus on defining new process sequences, validating equipment and process designs, and leading improvement, testing, and production start-up activities.
Location: On-site in Juarez or Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico

What you will do
- Optimize assembly methods, manufacturing processes, equipment, cycle times, and production materials.
- Identify improvement opportunities and lead projects meeting quality, timeline, and cost targets.
- Approve internally and externally developed process designs and perform final project testing.
- Support process and equipment start-up, define action plans, and train maintenance and production personnel.
- Evaluate new process technologies and lead testing, approval, and external provider selection activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, industrial, or a related engineering field.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering, including manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Experience managing AutoCAD 2D layouts; SolidWorks 3D experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of capacity calculations, manufacturing routes in SAP, and OPEX/CAPEX savings projects.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing; Green Belt certification is preferred.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
