Industry Advisor – Banking and Financial Services (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; 25–40% travel for customer engagements, industry events, and partner meetings.

Compensation: OTE of $225,000–$295,000 with a 75/25 structure, including base salary, annual sales target incentive bonus, and equity.

What you will do

• Advise executives and strategic customers through discovery sessions, workshops, presentations, value cases, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
• Build reusable Banking and Financial Services playbooks, including value frameworks, use cases, benchmarks, customer stories, and executive guides.
• Develop industry perspectives on trends, regulations, and emerging technology, and represent hirify.global at conferences, webinars, and executive briefings.
• Create and lead customer roundtables, advisory boards, and industry councils with senior leaders, partners, and analysts.
• Bring customer and market insights to Product, Engineering, and AI teams to shape industry-specific solutions.
• Use AI for research, customer preparation, analysis, and content development while evaluating its outputs responsibly.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in banking, financial services, enterprise software, management consulting, value engineering, or business transformation.
• Deep knowledge of banking, insurance, capital markets, asset management, payments, or fintech processes and operating models.
• Experience advising senior executives, including General Counsel, Chief Risk Officers, Chief Compliance Officers, CPOs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and third-party risk leaders.
• Track record of connecting industry challenges to measurable business outcomes and value.
• Working knowledge of contract lifecycle management and related contracting processes, plus practical current use of AI.
• Bachelor’s degree and the ability to learn and demonstrate enterprise software, facilitate discussions, sell consultatively, and tell compelling business stories.

Nice to have

• Experience with CLM, legal technology, procurement technology, risk and compliance platforms, or regulated-industry transformation.
• Experience building ROI models and value frameworks or working with global system integrators, analysts, and industry associations.
• Advanced degree or relevant professional qualification.
