Senior Oracle Cloud EPM Engineer (Oracle EPCM)

Salary: $184,500–$258,000 annually, with potential increases up to $295,000 based on sustained performance.

What you will do

• Serve as the senior technical lead and subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management.
• Design and evolve allocation models, business rules, driver logic, calculations, metadata, and supporting configurations.
• Design integrations across Oracle Cloud EPCM, General Ledger, Enterprise Planning and Budgeting, and other finance platforms.
• Translate Finance requirements into scalable configurations, integrations, automations, and technical designs.
• Lead enhancements through design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and operational support.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Internal Controls, Audit, Tax, Treasury, and data teams while mentoring engineers and promoting consistent engineering practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in senior engineering, technical leadership, solution architecture, or platform leadership within complex finance technology environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Deep hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM and Oracle EPCM application design, configuration, and support.
• Experience with allocation models, cost-driver logic, finance data structures, planning or forecasting, and integrations with Oracle Cloud General Ledger and EPB.
• Experience with Data Management, EPM Automate, REST APIs, enterprise data integration, metadata and dimension design, security models, data lineage, reconciliation, and auditability.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, SOX controls, ITGCs, access controls, change management, testing evidence, and the ability to lead complex cross-system initiatives.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Finance, Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud FCCS, ARCS, TRCS, Smart View, Narrative Reporting, Calculation Manager, scripting, or advanced Oracle Cloud EPM capabilities.
• Experience in Agile or structured delivery environments and mentoring engineers, analysts, or project team members.
