Senior Strategy Manager

Location: Hybrid work across the Sydney CBD and Sydney Olympic Park offices, with some work from home as agreed.

What you will do

• Support the development and refresh of enterprise, portfolio, and business-unit strategies with senior leaders.
• Lead strategic projects from conception through execution to drive growth and improve commercial performance.
• Develop membership propositions, conduct commercial diagnostics, and shape business-unit transformation initiatives.
• Analyse major investment and capability decisions and provide well-reasoned recommendations.
• Plan executive and Board strategy offsites, facilitate annual planning and QBRs, and support aligned OKRs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is desirable.
• 5–10+ years of experience in corporate strategy and/or consulting.
• Experience in growth strategy, M&A, commercial transformation, digital strategy and transformation, or product innovation.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to lead projects independently and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Hands-on proficiency with Excel modelling, data visualization, and PowerPoint storytelling.
• Ability to use AI for research, analysis, and thought partnership, while moving between detailed analysis and high-level recommendations.
