PFA Controls (Defense)

Location: Fremantle, Australia. Australian citizenship is required to obtain and hold an Australian Defence Security Clearance.

What you will do

• Establish and coordinate project cost-control structures within the ERP.
• Manage baseline establishment and change-control processes, assessing and communicating cost impacts.
• Oversee budget development, cost control, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Apply earned value management and schedule performance analysis methodologies.
• Identify project risks, trends, and opportunities and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with PMO stakeholders and central finance teams to deliver performance and forecasting reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, budgeting, change control, cost control, forecasting, and earned value analysis.
• Demonstrated experience driving an earned value tool.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Australian citizenship is required for the necessary Defence Security Clearance.
