Workforce Transformation Consultant (AI)

Location: London or other UK locations; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Lead and support client delivery across fair pay, pay equity, pay transparency, DEI, and workforce strategy projects.
• Manage mid-sized projects and multiple workstreams, including UK and Ireland pay gap projects, diagnostics, workshops, and action plans.
• Review quantitative and qualitative analysis and translate findings into practical client recommendations.
• Lead client presentations, executive discussions, workshops, and project readouts.
• Support business development, proposals, account growth, and follow-on opportunities.
• Coach junior colleagues and identify practical applications of AI in analysis, storytelling, knowledge capture, and solution development.

Requirements

• Progressive experience in fair pay, reward, DEI, workforce consulting, pay gap compliance, pay equity, pay transparency, people analytics, or related advisory work.
• Experience managing small- to mid-sized projects, workstreams, timelines, delivery quality, and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of UK and Ireland gender pay gap requirements and understanding of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
• Advanced Excel and data interpretation skills, with the ability to turn complex analysis into concise recommendations.
• Strong communication, client relationship, teamwork, attention to detail, and independent prioritization skills.
• Curiosity and a practical mindset toward using AI to improve delivery and client solutions.
