Government Property and Logistics Intern (Defense Technology)

Location: Fully onsite in Arlington, Virginia; travel up to 20% may be required for inventories at locations in Arlington, San Diego, Mount Laurel, and Fall River.

Salary: $28–$34 per hour.

What you will do

• Complete supply chain tasks and conduct physical inventories of classified and unclassified equipment and materials.
• Prepare shipment documentation, match packing slips, and reconcile documents with physical materials.
• Receive, ship, package, stock, and physically move equipment and materials.
• Coordinate shipment staging and pickups with carriers and building engineering.
• Work with procurement, security, logistics, and program teams to resolve discrepancies and coordinate returns.
• Gather and document requirements while following established procedures.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program majoring in business, computer science, or engineering.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Arlington, Virginia.
