Senior Executive, NPR Sourcing (Procurement): Developing and implementing sourcing strategies for indirect commodities including facilities, projects, IT, HR, engineering, and operations in a manufacturing environment with an accent on supplier qualification, commercial negotiations, and total-cost analysis. Focus on managing international sourcing projects, evaluating supplier risk and performance, negotiating contracts, and aligning procurement decisions with stakeholder requirements.

operates in the semiconductor manufacturing environment and is seeking a procurement professional for its indirect sourcing activities.
What you will do
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for non-product-related commodities, including facilities, projects, IT, HR, engineering, and operations.
- Research markets, identify suppliers, qualify sourcing options, and execute RFP and RFQ processes.
- Conduct benchmarking, total-cost-of-ownership analysis, supplier risk assessments, and ROI analysis.
- Lead commercial negotiations, sourcing projects, service-level agreements, and supplier contract discussions.
- Monitor supplier performance across quality, cost, delivery, technology, and service, managing escalations when required.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to manage requirements, forecasts, communications, and procurement processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Finance, Business, or an equivalent field.
- More than 5 years of experience in indirect sourcing, preferably in manufacturing, semiconductor, or automotive environments.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, data analysis, financial, prioritization, and project management skills.
- Experience with purchasing business systems; SAP is an advantage.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders and management at all levels.
- Proficiency in English and Malay, both verbally and in writing, is required.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Mandarin.
- Experience in semiconductor or automotive procurement environments.
- Strong artificial intelligence and digital competency skills.
