HSE Advisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Site-based role across Ingleburn and Moorebank, Australia; regular travel between sites is required.

What you will do

• Support Site Leaders in implementing health, safety, environmental and sustainability policies, standards and procedures.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, risk reviews and corrective-action follow-up.
• Provide practical HSE advice, coaching and training to leaders, employees and frontline teams.
• Support or lead incident investigations, including analysis, reporting, escalation and lessons learned.
• Monitor HSE performance, identify recurring issues and emerging risks, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with operations, production, maintenance, warehousing, People & Culture and quality teams.

Requirements

• Proven HSE experience in an Australian manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Australian health, safety, environmental and sustainability legislation and regulations.
• Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites, business units or operational locations.
• Capability in workplace risk assessment, auditing and incident investigation.
• Strong analytical, communication, coaching and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly between assigned sites.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, occupational health and safety, sustainability or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety.
• Training or certification in the WHS Act or AS/NZS ISO 45001:2018.
