TL;DR
Specialist, Technology Support (IT Logistics) (Microsoft Windows/Data Center): Providing first-level IT support for logistics and distribution-center equipment, service desk incidents, printers, and technology services with an accent on incident resolution, system installations, and coordination with global support teams. Focus on monitoring data center alarms, managing planned outages and upgrades, and escalating complex issues to specialist teams.

Location: Onsite in Calgary, Alberta, Canada; Sun-Wed, 06:00 am–04:30 pm

Salary: CAD 60,000–75,000 per year, based on relevant experience

What you will do

  • Provide first-level IT support to distribution-center and fulfillment-center users.
  • Receive, track, resolve, and escalate service desk incidents and routine requests.
  • Support Microsoft Windows, office products, and office printers.
  • Assist with installing new systems and services.
  • Monitor data center alarms and coordinate maintenance with third-party, shared-services, and global technology teams.
  • Coordinate planned outages and upgrades to support successful implementation.

Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old.
  • Provide onsite support at the Calgary logistics location.
  • Work the scheduled Sun-Wed shift from 06:00 am to 04:30 pm.
  • Ability to provide first-level technology support and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
