Learning & Talent Development Consultant (Corporate & Institutional Banking)

Location: In-office role based in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Dallas, TX; Downers Grove, IL; or Birmingham, AL, United States.

Base salary: $63,750–$116,875 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Consult on, curate, design, develop, facilitate, and advise on learning and talent development solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Provide career development guidance to employees and advise managers on learning and talent strategies.
• Partner with business and HR leaders to establish, monitor, and measure learning and talent priorities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders using project management, consultation, instructional design, and technology skills.
• Develop testing, deployment, communication, and maintenance plans for learning and talent solutions.
• Facilitate senior-leader discussions using data-driven insights to assess skill development needs and support career journeys.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience in career development, coaching, consulting, curriculum development, facilitation, leadership training, organizational development, talent development, or training delivery.
• Knowledge of business acumen, HR policies and procedures, HR planning and development, human resources consulting, influencing, talent management, and training and development.
• Ability to work in the office at one of the specified United States locations.
