What you will do

• Architect and integrate system-level electrical designs involving x86/SoC platforms, camera modules, sensors, displays, and external peripherals.
• Own power distribution, sequencing, budgeting, and platform thermal considerations.
• Lead hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation across electrical, firmware, and software layers.
• Develop camera subsystems, support calibration, and diagnose imaging issues with computer vision teams.
• Design systems using USB, PCIe, Ethernet, I2C, SPI, UART, and GPIO interfaces.
• Drive products from prototype through EVT, DVT, PVT, and mass production while collaborating with suppliers and manufacturing partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with electrical design and circuit analysis tools such as Altium, Cadence OrCAD/Allegro, PADS, and SPICE.
• Experience with complex PCB/FPC/RFPC designs, manufacturing release, testing, bring-up, debugging, and failure analysis.
• Hands-on laboratory experience with soldering equipment, oscilloscopes, high-speed digital test equipment, logic analyzers, and function generators.
• Basic coding ability in C/C++ or similar embedded systems languages, plus familiarity with BOM and PLM processes.
• Availability for approximately two overseas build trips and two domestic hardware installation trips annually.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping consumer electronics through a complete NPI/xVT cycle and rapidly prototyping new designs.
• Experience with IMUs, sensors, vision systems, display technologies, microcontrollers, SoCs, DDR, flash memory, and RF integration.
• Strong analog, high-speed, power, ESD, reliability, thermal, EMI, and signal integrity design experience.
• Embedded software development experience with C/C++ or Python.
