What you will do

• Design, execute, and analyze experiments in an advanced semiconductor cleanroom facility.
• Set device performance targets for Process Design Kit releases and interface with design and foundry partners.
• Assess silicon-to-simulation results and readiness for high-volume manufacturing.
• Define test structures and programs for advanced design-rule validation and device parameter extraction.
• Use statistics, data mining, and electrical-test, yield, and fab data to guide future development.

Requirements

• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related semiconductor field.
• At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor materials, fabrication, device physics, or electrical characterization of semiconductor devices.
• Experience with advanced transistor structures and device physics.
• Experience with process-monitoring test-structure design and layout, device and circuit simulation, or statistical process control and design of experiments.
• Experience with data analysis, scripting, or programming tools such as JMP, MATLAB, Octave, JSL, Perl, TCL, Python, SQL, or C/C++.

Nice to have

• Expertise in agentic AI, orchestrated LLM workflows, machine learning, deep learning, retrieval-augmented generation, knowledge engineering, or dataflow pipeline architectures.
