Ic Design Engineer

TL;DR

IC Design Engineer: Designs and develops integrated circuits, overseeing definition, design, verification, and documentation for ASIC development with an accent on architecture design, logic design, and system simulation. Focus on evaluating all aspects of the process flow from high-level design to synthesis, place and route, and timing and power use.

Salary: $108,000 - $192,000

What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of new products/processes.
• Champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives using demonstrated creativity and ingenuity.
• Act as a team leader, leading major projects and influencing others' priorities, decisions, or activities.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex issues, providing coaching and mentoring to junior team members.
• Determine methods and procedures on new assignments, consulting with management on long-range goals.
• Determine own priorities, both tactical and strategic.

Requirements

• Bachelors and 8+ years of related experience, or Masters degree and 6+ years of related experience, or PhD and 3+ years of related experience.
