Senior Business Analyst (FP&A)

What you will do

• Develop executive-level dashboards and scorecards using Power BI.
• Provide insights on business performance, trends, and operational metrics.
• Translate complex financial and operational findings into business-ready recommendations.
• Establish validation rules, reconciliation processes, and metadata governance.
• Align data across planning, ERP, and business intelligence layers.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Operations, and Technology on reliable data and scalable analytics models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or analytics.
• Expertise in Power BI, including DAX, dataflows, and data modeling.
• Experience with Qlik, Looker, or other analytics tools.
• Knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, and operational KPIs.

Nice to have

• Experience with predictive analytics or statistical modeling.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, Azure, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
• Certifications in Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan, or Oracle Cloud.
• Experience presenting insights to senior leadership.
• Knowledge of SaaS hosting platforms and cloud cost components, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
