Junior Oracle Business Systems Analyst (Order Management and Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Support, analyze, configure, and enhance Oracle EBS Order Management and Supply Chain modules.
• Gather business requirements and recommend scalable Oracle solutions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop functional specifications, coordinate testing, and support solution implementation and production deployment.
• Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
• Provide production support, documentation, post-go-live stabilization, and implementation project support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, database administrators, developers, and interface software teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Oracle EBS Order Management and Supply Chain applications.
• Functional knowledge of Order Management, Consignment, Shipping, RMA, Procurement, Planning, and Inventory.
• Experience with Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning and its planning engine.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Must comply with US export control requirements, including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC policies; access to certain products and technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.

Nice to have

• Oracle Workflow and Approvals Management experience.
• SQL and Oracle Database knowledge for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting global organizations across multiple time zones.
