Senior eCommerce Site Specialist-Canada

What you will do

• Lead workload flow for bottom-of-funnel eCommerce initiatives and oversee the end-to-end customer site experience.
• Own and administer the Product Management System, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Contentful, and Constructor.
• Perform daily site reviews, troubleshoot issues, resolve errors, and improve operational processes.
• Coordinate weekly site refreshes, linking, destinations, merchandising requirements, recommendation zones, and sort-order rules.
• Partner with teams in the US and Mexico on translations, attributes, content, system improvements, and training.
• Train, mentor, and provide feedback to site merchandisers and merchandising specialists.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of prior eCommerce experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, multitasking, flexibility, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to lead troubleshooting, manage deadlines, and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Leadership or mentoring experience.
• Retail experience, especially in children’s clothing.
