Stage Manager, Toronto (Hybrid)

Location: Brampton, Ontario, Canada; hybrid role with onsite event execution and approximately 10% travel

Hourly pay range: $30.00–$50.00 CAD

What you will do

• Independently execute productions as the Production Stage Manager.
• Maintain and revise the run of show during installation and direct rehearsals when a Producer is not onsite.
• Call lighting, audio, video, and graphics cues at the correct moments.
• Coordinate speaker and talent entrances, backstage activities, venue teams, and technical crews.
• Act as the primary onsite client contact when an hirify.global Producer is not involved.
• Support Producers with bids, proposals, show files, and post-production documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical and/or relevant experience with basic stage management and show calling knowledge.
• Knowledge of the audio-visual or hotel industry.
• High school diploma required; college diploma requested.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create and proof budgets using formulas and basic writing skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
