Manager - Cloud Management Services (VMware VCF)

Location: US - Remote; willingness to travel to client sites as needed, up to 20%

Base salary: $165,000–$185,000 annually; estimated on-target earnings including bonus/commissions: $200,000–$230,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day operations and delivery quality of the Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation cloud management services practice.
• Define technical and delivery standards for VCF Automation and VCF Operations, including Logs and Networks services.
• Manage, mentor, and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers across Cloud Foundation domains.
• Build and maintain reusable architectures, delivery frameworks, templates, and accelerators.
• Partner with sales and solution architecture teams on offerings, presales support, and delivery readiness.
• Serve as an escalation point and trusted advisor for complex client VCF strategy and execution challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing technical delivery teams.
• Expert knowledge of Broadcom services engagements, delivery methodologies, and the VMware Services Entitlement Program.
• Experience overseeing complex, multi-workstream engagements and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience designing and delivering solutions with strong data governance and security controls; ability to travel up to 20%.

Nice to have

• Experience building or leading a Broadcom VCF consulting practice.
• Experience supporting commercial and corporate clients.
• Broadcom certifications in VMware-related disciplines.
