New Product Manufacturing Engineer IV (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Lead the development, implementation, and release of bills of materials and product structures for complex new products.
• Develop manufacturing, testing, sourcing, and commercialization strategies for new product introductions.
• Manage and validate Operation Method Sheets and use 3D virtual analysis, Master Layout, and Digital Mock Up data to improve manufacturability.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on design for assembly, design for test, cost, quality, cycle time, and operational efficiency.
• Manage Change Control Board activities, including change requests, ECOs, supplier problem sheets, specification waivers, and non-standard requests.
• Lead corrective action, managed builds, and technical support and training for internal, contract manufacturing, and supplier resources.

Requirements

• Depth or breadth of expertise in a specialized manufacturing engineering discipline.
• Ability to interpret business challenges and recommend improvements to products, processes, or services.
• Experience leading teams or projects with moderate complexity and resource requirements.
• Ability to solve complex problems using advanced analytical judgment and communicate difficult concepts.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, lift, work in tight spaces, distinguish colors, and use hand and power tools.
• Ability to work in noisy environments and, when required, use clean-room personal protective equipment.
