Associate, Private Equity Fund Services

Location: Frisco, Texas, USA. Must work Pacific Time Zone hours (PST).

Salary: $71,000–$100,390 per year.

What you will do

• Record daily journal entries and review cash reporting.
• Help prepare quarterly and annual management reporting packages and financial statements.
• Prepare capital calls and distributions for management approval.
• Coordinate capital call and distribution notices to clients and investors.
• Prepare investor correspondence, manage client investor portals, and complete special projects.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–1 year of experience with public accounting, investment banking, financial services, or a strong interest in private equity fund operations and accounting.
• Strong communication, organizational, time management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work professionally with clients, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to work Pacific Time Zone hours (PST).

Nice to have

• CPA license or progress toward obtaining one.
• Knowledge of Investran or other partnership accounting software.
