Automotive Tire Technician Full Time $1000 Sign On Bonus

What you will do

• Install, remove, rotate, balance, and repair tires.
• Assist members with tire selection, vehicle tire-size verification, purchases, and service questions.
• Complete tire bay schedules, sales and service documentation, supply inventories, and special-order tire programs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional tire bay, waiting area, and automotive product displays.
• Dispose of tires properly, fill propane tanks when DOT-certified, and follow equipment, safety, cleanliness, and club policies.
• Support other departments as needed while maintaining reliable full attendance.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong interpersonal skills and basic computer skills or willingness to learn.
• Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire.
• Ability to lift more than 50 pounds with assistance and work continuously standing, moving, bending, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
• Prior tire installation experience is preferred.
