Automotive Service Director

Location: Onsite at 3900 Clemson Blvd, Anderson, South Carolina, United States

What you will do

• Lead dealership service operations and ensure prompt, courteous, and effective customer service.
• Act as a liaison between technicians, customers, employees, and vendors.
• Distribute work among technicians and prioritize required services.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries by phone and in person.
• Build customer relationships and contribute to a positive dealership experience.
• Support the Service Director with additional operational duties.

Requirements

• At least two years of automotive service advisor and automotive customer service experience.
• Technical automotive knowledge and demonstrated ability to manage others.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening.

• Ford experience.
• Experience in high-volume service operations and process improvement.
