Floating Assistant Branch Manager (Industrial Retail)

Location: Hazle Township, Pennsylvania, with regular support for retail branches in Jessup, Kingston, Lebanon, Schuylkill Haven, and Williamsport

What you will do

• Support day-to-day operations and profitability across multiple retail branches, including sales, budgeting, expenses, safety, customer service, and facilities.
• Oversee retail sales, warehousing, distribution, branch schedules, compliance, and showroom and warehouse standards.
• Manage hard goods inventory, cycle counts, receiving, inter-branch orders, physical inventories, and customer deliveries.
• Monitor SAP reports, open orders, delivery and billing blocks, purchase orders, daily cash reconciliation, and bank deposits.
• Coordinate marketing, merchandising, promotional activities, vendor product training, and collaboration with sales and operations teams.
• Support employee training, safety procedures, accounts receivable, branch credits, collections, and personnel issue resolution.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least three years of experience in industrial retail, inside sales, customer service, or inventory control.
• At least one year of prior supervisory experience.
• Ability to work across multiple retail branch locations and perform operational, inventory, customer service, and safety responsibilities.
