Consumer Credit Officer (Fintech)

Location: Las Vegas, NV, United States

Salary: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, plus eligible discretionary bonus targets.

What you will do

• Analyze loan applications, borrowing history, and other risk factors to determine creditworthiness.
• Prepare credit write-ups and complete due diligence and background evaluations before approval.
• Monitor underwriting, approval, and final review queues and provide timely credit decisions.
• Document evaluation results and assist with detecting credit fraud.
• Speak with customers to obtain and analyze personal and financial information.
• Review loan documents for accuracy and completeness while maintaining bank credit quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• 2+ years of underwriting or credit and risk analysis experience.
• Experience with indirect auto lending and direct collaboration with dealership staff is preferred.
• Knowledge of indirect auto finance, dealer funding processes, and consumer lending regulations is preferred.
• Onsite position based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
