Revenue Operations Analyst - Zaidyn Commercial (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid role based in Princeton, New Jersey or South San Francisco, California, United States. Work includes a combination of remote work and on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices. Travel may be required for client-facing work.

What you will do

• Support and improve revenue operations and go-to-market processes across the customer lifecycle.
• Manage lead routing, lifecycle progression, service-level monitoring, territory planning, account ownership, forecasting, pipeline management, and Deal Desk coordination.
• Operate and improve go-to-market systems, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Outreach, Power BI, and related technologies.
• Monitor data quality, perform audits, maintain KPI definitions, and support governance standards.
• Maintain recurring reporting and dashboards, support pipeline and business reviews, and identify operational risks and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Technology to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role in a SaaS company.
• Experience with CRM, sales engagement, reporting, and business intelligence platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Outreach, Power BI, or similar go-to-market technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis proficiency.
• Fluent English and authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience with lead-to-revenue processes, forecasting, pipeline management, and customer lifecycle operations.
• Experience with system implementations, process redesign, workflow automation, integrations, or data governance.
• SQL or advanced data analysis experience.
