What you will do
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, tax teams, and commercial finance directors to resolve customer account issues.
- Manage an assigned customer portfolio and secure timely payment of invoices.
- Investigate and resolve deductions by gathering purchase orders, proof of delivery documents, quotes, and collection notes.
- Coordinate with responsible stakeholders to determine deduction outcomes.
- Manage the team inbox and review or release orders placed on credit hold as needed.
- Follow the team’s value and culture standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of credit and collection processes, tools, and strategies.
- Strong communication, time management, organizational, critical thinking, attention-to-detail, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Nice to have
- Associate degree in accounting or finance.
- SAP experience.
