Industrial Maintenance Reliability Tech

Location: Neenah, Wisconsin, USA. Onsite, 3rd shift from 8:45 pm to 5:00 am, with overtime required when needed.

Pay rate: $35.96–$42.15 per hour.

What you will do

• Maintain, install, troubleshoot, repair, and improve mechanical, electrical, robotic and automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot AC and DC drives, motors, PLC programs, and equipment failures; modify or write PLC programs when required.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions that reduce repeat failures.
• Support welding, machining, fabrication, piping, and equipment installation activities as required by the location.
• Communicate with operations teams to resolve abnormal equipment conditions and help develop operator asset-care skills.
• Document maintenance activity in the CMMS and maintain safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma, preferably with a vocational focus.
• Four to ten or more years of experience in a similar role, depending on the classification from IMRT I through Senior.
• Ability to read mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics, including PLC program logic.
• Experience with electrical work compliant with NFPA 70E, plus welding and machining or fabrication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, communication, collaboration, and proactive maintenance skills.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical field.
• Equivalent military experience.
• Experience leading maintenance activities or working as a Maintenance Planner.
