Industrial Maintenance Technician (PLC/CNC)

Location: Onsite in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, United States. First shift is 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with overtime as needed, including occasional Saturdays.

Hourly salary: $25.00–$28.75.

What you will do

• Provide electrical, electronic, and mechanical maintenance support for process machinery and production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair machinery, equipment, controls, DC servo motors, CNC systems, and Fanuc robots.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, including thermal scans and vibration analysis.
• Maintain AC/DC circuits, motors, power supplies, PLCs, HMIs, sensors, relays, pumps, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems.
• Track production downtime, troubleshoot failures, and identify root causes in collaboration with Engineering.
• Follow safety procedures and support product compliance requirements, including applicable air and workplace safety regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience.
• At least four years of experience diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment, or two years of experience plus an associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronic Technology.
• Programming knowledge and basic programming skills for PLCs.
• Knowledge of electrical theory, schematics, controls, HMIs, PLCs, electrical and mechanical systems, pumps, hydraulics, motors, and servos.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Two-year technical degree in Electrical or Electronic Technology.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
