Industrial Security Operations Intern (Defense Technology)

Location: Fully onsite in Arlington, VA; Fall River, MA; San Diego, CA; or Mount Laurel, NJ, United States

Salary: $28–$34 per hour

What you will do

• Support day-to-day office operations for classified labs and unclassified offices.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, meeting materials, visitors, vendors, mail, and packages.
• Support employee onboarding, badging, access procedures, and new employee clearance processing.
• Maintain, track, and audit inventory and materials associated with contracts and information systems.
• Prepare security training and briefings and provide classified and unclassified operations security support.
• Support the Facility Security Officer with compliance assessments and process validation under 32 CFR 117 requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance
• Current enrollment in an undergraduate or postgraduate program in Business Management, Engineering, Criminal Justice, International Studies, or a related field.
• College juniors or rising seniors are preferred.
• Detail orientation, analytical ability, initiative, reliability, ownership, and teamwork.
• Ability to work fully onsite at one of the listed U.S. locations
