Sr Mgr Fin Balancing & Ctrls

Location: Naperville, Illinois, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

Base pay: $92,700–$167,500 annually. An additional annual incentive bonus plan may apply.

What you will do

• Lead financial processes and internal and external reporting for premiums, claims, capitations, bank reconciliations, vendor balancing and payments, pharmacy rebates, and hospital discounts.
• Oversee communication with internal and external auditors and review responses for quality and consistency.
• Provide final approval for department journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Coordinate financial reporting system changes related to new product lines, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Oversee implementation of system changes affecting premiums, claims, capitations, rebates, and reconciliations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in accounting and/or project management.
• At least 4 years of management experience in a business-related field or finance.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication with all levels of management.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes, plus strong analytical and prioritization skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel within assigned areas, including overnight stays.
