Senior Accountant (Finance)

Location: Peoria, Illinois, United States; onsite five days a week. Up to 10% business travel is required. Relocation is available. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $128,470–$192,710 per year.

What you will do

• Provide financial support to the VP of Sales & Marketing for Managed Accounts and the wider team.
• Analyze monthly results, including machine and parts sales variances.
• Support business analytics tools and monthly metric reporting to deliver business insights.
• Partner with regional teams on machine and parts forecasting for the S&OP process.
• Perform deal analysis and manage sales variance through business partnering.
• Contribute to annual business planning, target setting, and ad hoc project leadership.

Requirements

• Business acumen and knowledge of business concepts, tools, and decision-making processes.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, and organizational leadership skills.
• Experience providing strategic financial insights and influencing stakeholders.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and business partnering practices.
• 5+ years of experience in relevant finance or accounting roles.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for advanced data analysis and reporting.
