Process Owner Manager (Investment Casting)

Location: Gibsonton, Florida, United States; onsite manufacturing role.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor the SE-BVT Process Owner team across wax, shell, cast, rough, and finishing operations.
• Establish, standardize, and maintain manufacturing process best practices across product lines.
• Improve product quality, process capability, cost, lead time, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Ensure Critical to Quality checks and develop corrective actions for scrap and rework drivers.
• Use Plan-Do-Check-Act methodology to address process issues and support talent development.
• Analyze process and quality metrics and partner with Operations, Purchasing, Facilities, and Finance on equipment investment cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in investment casting manufacturing for turbine blades and vanes.
• 5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience within an engineering group.
• Proven experience delivering process improvement projects on time.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, customer specifications, technical procedures, and process data.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
