Systems Engineer 3 (Remote)

What you will do

• Manage and optimize monitoring, patching, logging, configuration management, and document management systems.
• Maintain core business systems and resolve tickets in the Internal Infrastructure Projects Team queue.
• Lead complex infrastructure projects and scope work for timely completion.
• Build simple OutSystems applications and automate repeatable tasks with Python and PowerShell.
• Provide project updates, participate in team training, and support an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Strong Linux/Unix administration experience and working knowledge of database technologies.
• Experience with at least two of patching, monitoring, log management, configuration management, and document management.
• Scripting and automation experience with Python and PowerShell, including user onboarding and offboarding automation.
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes.
• Ability to create reports from large datasets, analyze data, and communicate clearly with technical and management stakeholders.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.

Nice to have

• Windows systems administration, disaster recovery, custom monitoring, SQL queries, Visio, or FedRAMP experience.
