What you will do
- Design, build, implement, and maintain AI-powered automations, agents, and agentic workflows across business functions.
- Analyze existing processes with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
- Manage automation initiatives from scoping and design through testing, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Integrate AI tools and agents with systems, data sources, APIs, and business workflows.
- Implement human-in-the-loop controls, access controls, monitoring, logging, and audit trails.
- Document, troubleshoot, and improve automations while ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Experience building or implementing AI-powered automations, AI agents, or agentic workflows.
- Experience with automation platforms, APIs, integrations, or workflow orchestration tools.
- Experience with Claude, OpenClaw, or similar AI and agent development tools.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Understanding of responsible AI practices, including human oversight, access controls, monitoring, and documentation.
- Professional fluency in English required.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or another regulated environment.
- Familiarity with AML, KYC, fraud prevention, compliance, or other financial-services processes.
- Experience with SQL, data tools, APIs, or Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of AI governance, auditability, monitoring, or model and automation controls.
