Location: Hybrid in Taipei, Taiwan. Must be based in Taiwan and work from the office at least 3 days per week

What you will do

• Build AI agents, workflows, and automation tools to solve real customer and operational problems.
• Implement LLMs, RAG systems, tool calling, and guardrails for practical financial workflows.
• Create AI-assisted experiences for onboarding, KYC, risk review, CRM, and document handling.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to rapidly ship and iterate on production features.
• Design systems balancing accuracy, hallucination risk, latency, cost, and security.
• Convert manual operational processes into scalable, reliable AI-enabled systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience building AI agents, LLM apps, RAG systems, or Copilots.
• Strong coding proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Ability to ship working production systems and improve reliability over time.
• Location: Must be based in Taiwan.
• English: Strong communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, banking, risk, KYC, fraud, or CRM operations automation.
