What you will do

• Build AI-powered workflows, assistants, agents, and automation systems.
• Apply AI to customer support, CRM, onboarding, claims, renewals, and internal tools.
• Transform manual processes into scalable AI-native systems in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Develop integrations between LLMs, internal data, APIs, and knowledge bases.
• Design evaluation, monitoring, and fallback flows to ensure AI outputs are safe and reliable.
• Rapidly prototype, test with users, and productionize practical AI solutions.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering foundation, preferably with Python and backend systems.
• Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, agents, RAG, and workflow automation.
• Ability to connect AI systems with real product, data, and operational workflows.
• Understanding of AI evaluation, accuracy, latency, cost, and privacy.
• Must be based in Japan to support the hybrid office requirement in Tokyo.
• Strong English communication skills are required for coordination with global teams.
