Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: San Jose, California, United States; secondary location: Irvine, California, United States. Onsite work at the San Jose Great Oaks Headquarters or Irvine Office.

Salary: $284,000–$378,700 annually.

What you will do

• Set the strategic vision and direction for the FP&A organization in partnership with the SVP of Corporate Finance.
• Develop short- and long-term financial plans, annual operating budgets, quarterly forecasts, and executive performance reporting.
• Build forecasting methodologies covering revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, free cash flow, and capital requirements.
• Provide financial analysis and decision support for strategic initiatives, investments, acquisitions, capital allocation, and new ventures.
• Translate corporate strategy into financial plans, performance targets, and operating and capital expenditure decisions.
• Support executive, management, Board of Directors, and quarterly earnings reporting in partnership with Investor Relations and Accounting.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field within the technology industry.
• Deep financial expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to understand profitability drivers and deliver financial results.
• Experience improving processes, financial systems, and process-change initiatives.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, project-management, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and execute plans, challenge existing processes, and drive productivity and efficiency improvements.
• Expert-level Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling skills.
