AVP, Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: Dallas, TX, United States; hybrid work policy

Base compensation: $120,000–$150,000 annually, plus potential discretionary bonus and incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual enterprise-wide financial consolidation and close deliverables.
• Prepare, review, and analyze consolidated financial reporting packages for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across FP&A, Accounting, HR, and partner teams.
• Analyze financial results, headcount trends, and workforce analytics to support planning and decision-making.
• Act as a liaison between Finance, HR, Accounting, and business partners to maintain alignment, data integrity, and timely issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial consolidation, and reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Experience with financial reporting, consolidation, and enterprise planning systems.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive payroll and compensation data.

Nice to have

• Experience in a complex, multi-entity, or global organization.
• Exposure to Anaplan or similar enterprise planning and consolidation platforms.
