Senior Finance Manager, Financial Analysis (Fintech)

Location: US - San Francisco, CA; office setting with 5–10% travel required

Salary: $149,800–$240,100 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentives

What you will do

• Lead Corporate FP&A planning for hirify.global’s cross-border VAS and CMS revenue streams, including budgets, forecasts, and multiyear strategic outlooks.
• Assess financial and business performance in partnership with business-unit and regional stakeholders.
• Translate financial outputs into insights for senior leaders and the CFO, including quantified risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly revenue reporting, scorecards, and financial management reporting.
• Drive cross-functional process enhancement projects involving VAS and CMS FP&A.
• Analyze competitive performance and develop industry benchmarks across hirify.global portfolios.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree, or 2+ years with a PhD.
• Preferred: 9+ years with a bachelor’s degree, 7+ years with an advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
• Finance-related degree or professional accreditation such as CPA, CFA, CIMA, ACA, or ACCA.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, strategic-thinking, business-acumen, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently, resolve complex business problems, and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to coach and mentor junior staff while collaborating across teams with integrity.

Nice to have

• Progressive finance experience in a global publicly listed, government-regulated payments company.
• Experience with VAS and CMS business drivers or comparable payments-industry portfolios.
