Warehouse Specialist (Logistics Operator Level 5 Team Lead)

Location: Temp. Richmond Manufacturing; onsite warehouse role

Salary: $24.84 per hour, paid weekly

What you will do

• Lead nightly warehouse operations and assign team members to daily tasks and workload priorities.
• Monitor material movements, replenishment, inventory transactions, closed orders, and warehouse locations to support production.
• Conduct shift handoffs and communicate operational priorities.
• Review forklift availability, report equipment issues, and maintain operational readiness.
• Promote safety standards and coordinate required training, LOTO, safety, and EHS activities.
• Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of forklift operating experience in a warehouse environment.
• 2–5 years of warehouse operations and people leadership experience.
• 2+ years of experience training and developing employees.
• Forklift certification required.
• Leadership, teamwork, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer proficiency and the ability to use warehouse systems in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
• SAP experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or distribution operations.
