Warehouse Lead (Logistics)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; based at the new Elmhurst location, opening in late fall 2026.

Salary: $21.25–$23 per hour, depending on location.

What you will do

• Run daily shifts, open and close the location, deploy the team, and maintain operational standards.
• Own building readiness, including cleanliness, safety, equipment checks, member-facing spaces, audits, and vendor coordination.
• Direct, coach, and train team members while providing real-time feedback and support.
• Support members through daily questions, tours, onboarding, service setup, and ongoing account support.
• Use reporting and operational tools to track output, service execution, capacity, and performance gaps.
• Identify recurring inefficiencies, improve workflows, and support hiring, training, and staffing decisions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of team leadership experience in operations, retail, hospitality, warehousing, fulfillment, or a similar environment.
• Experience running shifts and maintaining operational standards.
• Comfort with physical, hands-on work and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs with reasonable accommodation.
• Strong communication, coaching, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in warehousing, fulfillment, retail, or comparable operations.
• Comfort with or willingness to learn Slack, Parsel, Shopify, scheduling, reporting, and shipping platforms.
