Logistics Specialist (All Experience Levels) - Days (Life Sciences): Supporting the receipt, storage, movement, staging, and shipment of materials in a cGMP manufacturing environment with an accent on inventory accuracy, SAP transactions, and safe material handling. Focus on operating warehouse equipment, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and coordinating shipping, receiving, warehouse, and kitting activities across rotating day-shift operations.
Location: Portsmouth, NH, United States — on-site. Schedule may include Monday–Friday day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or rotating 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on an alternating 2-2-3 schedule.

What you will do
- Receive, inspect, store, stage, and ship materials in accordance with GMP requirements and site procedures.
- Process inventory transactions and material movements using SAP, RF scanners, and inventory management systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other powered industrial equipment safely.
- Perform cycle counts and reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Review shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Support warehouse, receiving, shipping, and kitting activities while maintaining a safe, organized, and audit-ready environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, receiving, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain operations is preferred.
- Experience with SAP, RF scanners, or inventory management systems is preferred.
- Ability to operate or learn to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail, inventory accuracy, communication, teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, including the required day-shift schedules.
