What you will do

• Lead enhancements and integrations for Financial, Procurement, Legal, and Compliance systems and supporting applications.
• Define technology solutions for complex business problems with business stakeholders and project sponsors.
• Manage software development projects, competing priorities, budgets, forecasts, staffing, and service-level delivery.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle and drive improvements in application development practices.
• Lead the evolution of the Finance and Procurement technology portfolio and five-year technology plan.
• Hire, develop, evaluate, train, and manage software development employees while fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing Financial and Procurement application development teams.
• At least 3 years of experience managing systems through the full technology lifecycle, from deployment through retirement.
• Experience managing teams with offshore, nearshore, and local members.
• Experience with on-premises and SaaS systems, complex integrations, APIs, and external third-party systems.
• Proven experience with traditional and Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, plus tools such as Rally and Confluence.
• Experience with change management, incident management, root cause analysis, Lawson Financials, and SAP Ariba.
